A silky formula featuring our artisan distilled Tulsi Basil Hydrosol spun together with grassfed beef tallow, non comedogenic evening primrose and moringa oils and a myriad of high performance botanical extracts to support maturing facial skin the way nature intended. The tallow makes the texture much richer and thicker than our other facial lotions but absorbs like a dream leaving skin velvety and supple. Size: 1oz jar.
Key Ingredients:
Bakuchiol- a plant based retinol alternative, extracted from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia, also known as the Babchi plant, studies have shown bakuchiol extract to stimulate collagen production which can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and hyperpigmentation without the negative side effects often reported by users of synthetic retinol products.
Panthenol- Panthenol (Vitamin B5) is a natural humectant that helps draw moisture to skin to keep skin hydrated. Panthenol’s anti-inflammatory properties are also soothing for sensitive skin.
Niacinamide- Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) can help reduce the appearance of pores, regulate sebum production, increase ceramicide production, as well as support skin barrier.
Silk Amino Acids- Silk Amino Acids are pure hydrolyzed proteins derived from silk which are beneficial for strengthening and moisturizing hair and skin while promoting elasticity which in turn may help the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while improving skin texture.
Evening Primrose Oil- A rich source of Gamma-linolenic acids, Evening Primrose Oil serves as a nutrient rich emollient to maintain moisture and elasticity in skin.
Moringa Oil- Moringa oil’s antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties make it a great ally to protect skin’s barrier. Rich in oleic acid and antioxidants, moringa oil is calming for a range of skin types.
Tansy- The chamazulene rich essential oil is antibacterial, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antifungal and rich in antioxidants. Blue Tansy oil is helpful for a range of skin irritation issues including acne, eczema, rosacea and other skin irritations.
Grass fed Beef Tallow- Similar in composition to the oils our skin naturally produces, tallow is highly compatible with human skin and full of bioavailable nutrients including omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A,D,E and K.
Irish Moss Extract- Irish Moss- is a well-known species of red algae that can be found growing high on rocks along the ocean. It is used as a traditional herbal remedy in Ireland to treat respiratory disorders. The principle constituent in this type of algae is its mucilaginous body that is made up of the polysaccharide carrageenan, which makes up ~55% of its weight. skin tightening as well as substantial hydration.
